The following require official verification:

• High-value items
• Wildlife or regulated animals

Decisions in such cases are final and binding.

7. Communication & Safety

• Initial communication is masked
• Personal contact details are protected
• Users are advised to meet in safe, public locations
• LostFound is not responsible for offline interactions

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and branding belong to LostFound. Users retain rights to their submissions but grant LostFound a limited license to display them.

9. Limitation of Liability

LostFound:

• Is not liable for disputes between users
• Does not guarantee accuracy of user-submitted data
• Is not responsible for losses or damages arising from platform use
